Andrew was admitted to practice law in 1990, and prior to his concentration in Workers' Compensation and Social Security Law, has had experience in Landlord-Tennant and Personal Injury litigation. Born and raised in Middletown, NY, and a graduate of Middletown High School, he received his BA from Boston University in 1985 with a major and minor in Psychology and Mathematics, respectively. Andrew received his JD from the University of Miami School of Law in 1989, and is presently admitted to the Bar in New York, Florida and New Jersey, including the United States District Court of NY (Southern District). Andrew is also a member of the NYS Academy of Trial Lawyers Association, WILG, the Injured Workers Bar Association and Workers Compensation Alliance, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimant Representatives.

Andrew was an NBA Certified Player Agent until 2009, and was the Executive Producer of the Internationally acclaimed Indie film "Flytrap", which has captured 5 Film Festival Awards from NYC to Paris.
