Havanna Hall is an Associate Attorney in the Labor Law Unit at The Law Offices of Michael S. Lamonsoff, PLLC.
Havanna represents injured workers and individuals in construction accident and personal injury litigation. She is dedicated to advocating for clients who have been seriously injured and guiding them through every stage of the litigation process while pursuing the maximum recovery available under the law.
Prior to joining the firm, Havanna gained extensive litigation experience working on complex labor law and general liability matters, where she handled all phases of litigation including motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. This experience gives her valuable insight into defense strategies and insurance carrier litigation practices.
Havanna earned her Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as a Teaching Assistant for Lawyering and Legal Writing and was actively involved in several student organizations. During law school, she also served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Judy H. Kim of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County.
She received her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Political Science from Colgate University.
