Antonio L. Vilsaint, Esq.
Antonio Vilsaint is an Associate Attorney at The Law Offices of Michael S. Lamonsoff, PLLC. He is committed to advocating for those who have been harmed and providing clients with dedicated, compassionate representation during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
He began his legal career as a Student Prosecutor at the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office in Massachusetts, where he prosecuted cases ranging from Driving Under the Influence to Assault on Police Officers. While still in law school, he conducted hearings and handled his own jury trials, gaining valuable courtroom experience early in his legal career.
After graduating from law school, he joined the Kings County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney in the Domestic Violence Bureau. In that role, he handled hundreds of cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies. He managed a caseload of well over one hundred matters at a time and presented numerous cases to the grand jury, including offenses ranging from violations of Orders of Protection to Rape in the First Degree.
During his time as a prosecutor, he developed strong litigation skills through oral arguments and evidentiary hearings in both Criminal Court and Supreme Court. Working closely with survivors of domestic violence gave him a deep understanding of the challenges victims face and strengthened his commitment to helping people when they are most vulnerable.
Today, he brings that experience to his work at The Law Offices of Michael S. Lamonsoff, where he fights to hold wrongdoers accountable and pursue justice for those who have been harmed.
