Woman Dies Giving Birth

Our firm represented the family of a 20 year old newlywed woman who bled to death while giving birth as a result of medical malpractice. The delivering surgeons negligently cut the uterine artery while delivering the baby by "C" section. As a result, the woman internally hemorrhaged and died the following day. She is survived by her husband and her child, a girl, who survived.
