Subway Fall

Our firm represents a man who fell onto the subway tracks at the 49th Street Station in Manhattan and was subsequently run over by an approaching train. Several witnesses tried to get the conductor’s attention to get him to stop the train; however the train proceeded to move about 50 more feet before it came to a stop. As a result of the incident, our client sustained horrific injuries, including the severing of part of his hand; a badly fractured foot with the severing of the nerves and tendons which has left him with a permanent limp.
