Priest Sexual Assault

Our firm represents a child who was sexually molested by a defrocked priest at the special education school he attended. The priest had a history of sexually inappropriate behavior toward children. Nevertheless, he was hired by the special education school our client attended and given an office and access to children. The inevitable happened. Our client was sexually assaulted and sodomized by the priest. Subsequently, the priest absconded from the police and is presently a fugitive from justice. As a result of the assault, our client, a severely emotionally disturbed and vulnerable child, sustained serious mental injuries and is in the care of psychiatric professionals. Our firm has brought a lawsuit against the special education school seeking remuneration and justice for our client.
