Our firm represents several patrons of popular Long Island club who were assaulted with box cutters, knives and guns. The assault, was an apparent Crips and Blood gangland initiation ritual. Our clients sustained disfiguring scaring across their faces. Notwithstanding the club's history of violence, it had exceedingly lax front door security with no metal detectors. Accordingly, it failed to detect the presence of the weapons on the patrons who assaulted our clients at the club. Subsequently, the club's license was revoked for its pronounced history of violence.
