American Airlines Flight 587

Our firm successfully represented many family members of victims of the fatal American Airlines flight 587 disaster in which a French Airbus 737 crashed shortly after departing John F. Kennedy Airport. All on board were killed as well as several on the ground. Our firm brought lawsuits against American Airlines and the French company, Airbus Industrie, G.I.E. in Federal District Court in the Eastern District of New York.
