Craig Phemister, Esq.

CRAIG PHEMISTER, ESQ. is an associate trial attorney with the Law Offices of Michael S. Lamonsoff and is admitted to practice law in the highest courts in New York State as well as the Eastern and Southern District of the New York Federal Courts.  Mr. Phemister has been licensed to practice law in New York since 1998 after moving to New York from the Midwest, where he graduated on scholarship from the University of Nebraska in 1993, then graduated from Creighton University Law School in Omaha in 1996.  Mr. Phemister has practiced exclusively in the area of personal injury and has always represented plaintiffs from the beginning of his career, during which time he has obtained millions of dollars for his clients through trial or settlement.  Mr. Phemister has taken verdicts on well over a hundred cases, and is able to get clients the compensation they deserve for the injuries they sustained through the negligence of others.  Some of Mr. Phemister’s best verdicts have been against municipalities such as the City and the State of New York.
