$1,000,000.00 awarded to a 36 year old union plasterer who fell while working on stilts taping and spackling walls at a premises he was hired to do work at.

Damages:  He sustained an injury to his ankle requiring arthroscopic surgery with a second procedure to irrigate a resulting infection that  subsequently developed.
