SETH J. MACARTHUR, ESQ. Is the managing attorney at the Law offices of Michael S. Lamonsoff, PLLC.  Mr. MacArthur is a graduate of the State University of New York at Oneonta where he received a Bachelors of Science in Political Science.  He received his Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School where he was a member of the Student Government as well as various Student and Athletic Organizations.  Mr. MacArthur has been practicing for over 10 years developing his legal skills and applying them toward the management of a successful legal practice.  He is admitted to the practice of law in New York and in the Federal Court Eastern District.   Mr. MacArthur is a member of f the New York State Bar Association and the Richmond County Bar Association.
