Ellie A. Silverman, Esq. is an associate attorney with the Law Offices of Michael S. Lamonsoff and is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey. Ms. Silverman graduated from the University of Maryland receiving two undergraduate degrees in 2005 and went on to earn her Juris Doctor Degree from Touro Law School in 2008. In a short period of time, Ms. Silverman has quickly experienced the commitment and organizational skills that are demanded of a Personal Injury Attorney by taking a case from inception to settlement or in some cases from trial through to a verdict. She understands the dedication that is needed to properly serve every client and the responsibilities that go along with each case. Mr. Glynn is a graduate of New York Law School and has been practicing law in the Courts of the State of New York since 1995. His philosophy is simple. An injured party must be fairly and adequately compensated for the injuries they have sustained due to the negligence of a third party, He has obtained millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients against third parties and their respective insurance companies. Michael E. Glynn is a member of the New York State Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in all State Courts in New York. He is also admitted to practice to practice in the Federal Court Eastern District of New York.
TARA M. ULEZALKA, ESQ. is an associate attorney specializing in appeals at the Law Offices of Michael S. Lamonsoff, PLLC. and is a licensed attorney in the States of New York and New Jersey. Ms. Ulezalka handles appeals for the firm in all judicial departments. She received her Bachelors degree from Penn State University where she graduated magna cum laude and obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School. Ms. Ulezalka has an article published, Race and Waste: The Quest for Environmental Justice in the Temple Journal of Science, Technology and Environmental Law (Spring 2007). She is a member of the New York State Bar Association as well as the American Bar Association.
