Automobile Accident

$2,000,000.00 (Approx.)  from settlement of $1,500,000.00 with structure approximately awarded to a 14 year old boy who while riding a bicycle and allegedly “zig sagging” in and out of a crosswalk was struck by a van.  The award was one of the highest in Westchester County for that year.

Injuries:  Traumatic head injury.  Fortunately, he made a remarkable recovery with minimal signs of deficits.
